I just realized how much Tenzin and Lin remind me of Larten and Arra from Cirque du Freak.

Tenzin and Larten: both are a mentor and father figure to the main character. The main character doesn’t get along very well with them at first, but then comes to respect them. They’re both proper gentlemen…

I just hope neither of them die ;A; (Tenzin and Lin)
